For agencies and ghostwriters

Write in your client's voice.
Get their approval first.

Give each client a workspace with their own accounts, Brain and posts. Your writers draft with Tako from the client's voice and facts, and a post that needs approval does not publish until it has it.

Workspaces

A workspace per client

Each workspace holds one client's connected LinkedIn and X accounts, posts, ideas and Brain. Your team switches between them from one menu.

  • Separate accounts, posts and Brain per client
  • Invite your writers and the client
Postopus workspace settings: Shared team voice and Let teammates write in my voice toggles

Brain

The client's voice and facts

Fill the client's Brain with who they are, how they sound and the facts Tako may use. Writers can use a person's own voice only after that person turns on "Let teammates write in my voice".

  • Identity, voice, facts and sources per workspace
  • Consent before writing in someone's voice

Approval workflow

Approval before publishing

Require approval for your writers. Nothing awaiting approval can publish.

  1. 1Draft

    A writer drafts

Your writer drafts with Tako from the client's Brain and submits the post for approval.

  2. 2Comments

    Talk it through

Discuss the draft in internal comments. Assign it to the person who should pick it up.

  3. 3Decision

    Approve or request changes

An owner or admin approves the post or asks for changes. An edit after approval sends the post back to review.

Request changes and Approve buttons in the Postopus editor

FAQ

Common questions

Can clients approve posts?

Yes, if you invite them to their workspace as an admin. Owners and admins approve; members and viewers cannot.

Does the client have to share a password?

No. LinkedIn and X accounts connect through each platform's own sign-in, and Postopus never sees the password.

Can I post to a client's company page?

Not yet. Company pages are built and wait on LinkedIn approving our app. Today Postopus posts to personal LinkedIn profiles and X accounts.

Which plan does an agency need?

Deep Diver. It covers all your projects, so each client gets a workspace, for up to 5 people. You can add more seats for $12 a month each. See the Pricing page.
