Acceptance and Effective Date
Provider Details: Postopus is a web-based social media creation and scheduling tool developed and operated by Concealed, Unipessoal Lda., a Portugal-based digital studio.
Immediate Agreement: By using Postopus, you immediately agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Effective Scope: These Terms remain in effect while you use Postopus and include the provisions in this document, as well as those outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Modifications: Concealed, Unipessoal Lda. reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without prior notice.
The 14-Day Free Trial & Billing
14-Day Free Trial: All new users are eligible for a 14-day free trial to explore the full functionality of Postopus.
No Automatic Billing: We do not automatically charge you at the conclusion of the trial.
Service Suspension (Trial Conclusion): Upon the expiration of the 14-day trial, your ability to publish posts will be frozen. To resume service, you must manually select a plan and complete a successful payment.
Service Suspension (Failed Payment): For active subscriptions (Inkling and Deep Diver), if a recurring payment is unsuccessful, your ability to publish posts will be frozen immediately. You will need to update your billing information and complete a successful transaction to resume service.
Price Adjustments: Postopus reserves the right to increase subscription prices. Active subscribers will receive at least thirty (30) days notice via email before any price change takes effect.
API Surcharges (Kraken/Founding Tentacle): Postopus reserves the right to apply reasonable maintenance fees to Lifetime accounts if external platform (LinkedIn/X) API costs increase significantly.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final: Because users have 14 days to test the software before making a payment, there are no refunds once a purchase is completed.
Cancellation Process: You can cancel an active monthly or yearly subscription at any time through the Polar Customer Portal associated with your account. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. If you experience any issues accessing the portal, you may contact us at support@postopus.com for assistance.
Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle from occurring. You will retain access for the remainder of your current paid period, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current cycle.
Communication & Feedback
User Emails: By creating an account, you agree to receive essential service updates, feedback requests, or surveys.
Optional Participation: These communications help us improve Postopus; however, participation is always optional.
Usage & Social Media Platforms
Compliance: By using our services, you also agree to be bound by the respective Terms of Service of these platforms at all times:

Platform Dependency: Postopus is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platform outages or API policy changes.
Fair Use: We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaging in spam or automated behavior that risks our API standing.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: You own your content.
Service Rights: Postopus retains all rights to the Service's code, design, and mascot (Tako).
Limitation of Liability
Service Standard: The Service is provided “as is.”
Liability Cap: Postopus is not liable for any damages, including loss of data or social media account standing, resulting from the use of our tools.
