Hypefury Review (2026): Pricing, Features, Who It's For
By João Saraiva, founder of Postopus
Hypefury is a scheduling and growth-automation tool for Bluesky, Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, known for autoplugs, evergreen posts and auto-DMs; it no longer supports X. It costs $6 a month per channel on the Flexible plan or $19 a month for every channel on the Full plan, and it suits creators who want automation to recycle and promote their best posts on those networks.
Facts in this review were checked on October 20, 2026 on hypefury.com and hypefury.com/features-pricing. Prices and plans change, so check there before you buy.
What Hypefury is
Hypefury started as a Twitter tool and still uses some of that language ("Tweetshots", "retweet counts"). Today its site says it helps you build an audience and make more money online, across Bluesky, Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
Does Hypefury still support X? No. Its pricing FAQ answers that question with "Nope!" and says Hypefury no longer supports X. If X is one of your channels, Hypefury is out.
Pricing (checked October 20, 2026)
Is Hypefury free? No. Its FAQ says there is no longer a free plan. Both plans have a 7-day free trial, and the pricing page says no credit card is required.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flexible | $6 a month per channel | $5 a month per channel | Pick how many channels to connect. Unlimited scheduling, autoplugs, auto-DMs for Instagram, the engagement builder, 2 Tweetshots a day, email and chat support |
| Full | $19 a month | $199 a year | Every channel included, 5 Tweetshots a day |
The feature list on the same page also includes cross-posting to all your connected channels, LinkedIn carousels and long posts, analytics with follower growth and profile clicks, a history of the posts on your accounts, and AI trained on your posts. The page does not split that list by plan.
If you connect four or more channels, Full costs less than Flexible on monthly billing.
What it does well
- Autoplugs. Hypefury adds a comment that promotes your newsletter, course or site below a post, and only when the post performs well, so the plug does not land on posts nobody saw.
- Evergreen posts. You can make a post recurring, so your best posts come back into the schedule instead of being used once.
- Auto-DMs. People who reply to a post with your trigger word get a DM with a link, freebie or discount. The plan card lists this for Instagram.
- Repurposing. One click turns a text post into an Instagram image or reel, a TikTok video or a LinkedIn carousel.
- Cross-posting to every channel you connect, from one minimal editor.
- An engagement builder that watches users and keywords (unlimited on both) and imports Bluesky lists, so you can reply to the right people without scrolling.
- Help from others. The FAQ says you can invite a ghostwriter or virtual assistant to write for you and manage your accounts.
Limits
- No X. For many of the creators who first used Hypefury, this is the deciding fact.
- No free plan. Only the 7-day trial.
- Flexible gets pricey per channel. At $6 a month each, Full is the better deal once you connect four channels.
- Instagram needs a business account for direct posting, per the FAQ; without one, Tweetshots are emailed to you to post by hand.
- Much of the product is automation. Autoplugs, recurring posts and auto-DMs act on your behalf. That is the point of the tool, but if you want every post and reply written fresh by you, much of what you pay for will go unused.
- Not stated on their site: team roles, approval before publishing, and LinkedIn-specific analytics.
Who it's for
Is Hypefury worth it? It is a good deal for creators on Bluesky, Threads, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn who sell something (a newsletter, a course, a product) and want automation to promote it: autoplugs, auto-DMs and evergreen posts. At $19 a month for every channel, Full is one of the cheaper ways to get that.
It is not for you if you post on X, or if you want a tool focused on writing original posts rather than recycling and promoting them.
Alternatives
If you want a different approach, here is ours. Postopus is the brand engine for people who write, on LinkedIn and X. Its AI, Tako, learns your voice from your Brain and the posts you publish, drafts only from the facts you give it (a missing detail becomes a {placeholder} for you to fill in) and never publishes for you. You stay the author.
Where Hypefury wins: it is cheaper, it covers more networks (Bluesky, Threads, Instagram, TikTok), and it has evergreen posts, autoplugs and auto-DMs. Postopus has none of those; it can only repost a single post once after a delay you choose.
Where Postopus differs:
- X is supported, with threads, first comments, weighted character counting and metrics on your X posts, next to LinkedIn. See scheduling.
- Writing in your voice from your facts, with your own writing rules applied to every draft. See AI writing in your voice.
- Approval before publishing for teams and clients. See teams.
- Every feature on every plan: Inkling is $29 a month (or $290 a year) for one project, Deep Diver $79 a month (or $790 a year) for all your projects and up to 5 people, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. See pricing.
The full side-by-side is on Postopus vs Hypefury.
Free tools if you write for LinkedIn or X: the LinkedIn text formatter, the LinkedIn post preview and the Twitter character counter.
