Introducing Postopus: The Brand Engine for People Who Write
By João Saraiva, founder of Postopus
I've spent more time reformatting posts than actually writing them. You write something on LinkedIn, then copy-paste it to X and strip 80% of the text, then realize the formatting is wrong, then preview it in the app and notice the line breaks are off. Repeat this for every account, every day.
That's the problem Postopus is built to fix. But the bigger reason we built it is simpler: we want to help people talk about their brand. Most of us know what we want to say. What stops us is the blank page, and the feeling of doing it alone. Postopus is the help we wanted for ourselves: someone to start with you, without taking the writing away from you.
Write once, see everywhere
Postopus is an editor-first scheduler. You write your post once and switch between live previews for LinkedIn and X: the same character limits, and the same cut where each platform hides the rest of your post. Fewer surprises at publish time.
When you're done, you schedule it. Tako (our friendly octopus) handles the rest.
The Brain
The part we're most proud of is the voice layer, and the principle behind it: AI should help you write, not write for you.
Every creator has a way of writing: the sentence structures, the hooks, the verbal tics that make your posts recognizably yours. Most AI tools flatten that. They'll write you a post, but it won't sound like you; it'll sound like a polished LinkedIn template.
Postopus learns from you. In the Brain you describe who you are and how you write, and add the facts Tako may use. Tako then learns from the posts you publish through Postopus (and your past X posts, if you import them), and when you ask it to draft something, it writes in your voice.
Tako never posts on your behalf with words you haven't seen. It learns from you and who you are, gives you a starting point when the page is blank, and you decide what goes out. Draft with Tako, edit in the editor, check the preview, schedule.

Every plan includes everything: unlimited posts with drafts and scheduling, the LinkedIn Carousel Creator, first-comment automation and real-time previews. Plans differ in how many projects and people they cover. A project is one workspace with its LinkedIn and X accounts, for example your own brand or one client.
Inkling is one project for one person: $29/month, or $290/year with two months free.
Deep Diver covers all your projects for up to 5 people: $79/month, or $790/year with two months free. Extra seats are $12/month each.
Kraken (Lifetime Founder) is Inkling forever for a one-time $349 payment, with all future updates. There are 50 spots. It's our way of thanking the early supporters who trust us before everyone else does. If you'd rather own your tools than rent them, this is it.
Every plan has a monthly fair-use allowance for AI and X; posting is never limited.
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with all features unlocked, no credit card required.
What's next
More platforms, richer analytics and better drafting are on the roadmap, and we add them one at a time. Until then, Postopus focuses on LinkedIn and X.
If you write on LinkedIn or X and you want to spend less time on logistics and more time on ideas, give it a try.
