Fair-use limits
What has a monthly allowance in Postopus, what never does, and what happens when you reach a limit.
Posting is never limited. AI help and some X requests cost Postopus money each time they run, so they come with a monthly fair-use allowance per workspace.
What is never limited#
- The number of posts and drafts you write, schedule and publish.
- The number of LinkedIn and X accounts you connect.
What has an allowance#
- AI help: drafts, rewrites and suggestions from Tako. The trial has a small allowance; paid plans have a large one.
- X requests: importing your past X posts and looking up X accounts when you @mention someone have monthly quotas, because X charges for each request.
Allowances reset at the start of each month.
When you reach a limit#
During the trial, when the AI allowance runs out, Postopus says "You've used all your AI drafts this month. Upgrade to continue." and offers the plans. You can keep writing by hand, and publishing is not affected.
