Your data: export, delete, disconnect
Download a copy of a workspace, disconnect an account, delete a workspace or delete your account.
Export a workspace#
- Switch to the workspace you want to export.
- Open Settings > Your data.
- Choose Export my data.
You get one JSON file with the workspace's posts and their publishing history, ideas, inspiration, categories, tags, first-comment templates, voice profiles and the member list. Images and videos are listed as links. Owners and admins can export, once a day per workspace; exporting again that day gives you the same file.
Disconnect a LinkedIn or X account#
In Social Accounts, choose Disconnect account. Postopus revokes its access at LinkedIn or X and deletes the stored token. If LinkedIn or X cannot be reached, Postopus disconnects the account on its side and tells you to remove Postopus in your LinkedIn or X settings.
Delete a workspace#
The owner of a shared workspace can delete it in Settings > Danger zone: choose Delete this workspace, type its name and choose Schedule deletion. The workspace and all its posts, connections, voice data and media are deleted after 7 days. Until then, Cancel deletion keeps it.
Delete your account#
In Settings > Danger zone, choose Delete my account, type your email address and choose Delete account. This happens at once and cannot be undone: Postopus revokes your LinkedIn and X tokens and deletes your account, your personal workspace, the workspaces you own, your posts, voice profile and media.
If you are the only owner of a workspace that has other members, first transfer each of those workspaces to someone else. Postopus lists them and lets you do it from the same dialog.
